  1. Each investor customer must complete the sales form and provide an identity document (identity card or passport) valid on the day of the transaction.<\/li>
  2. Condition number.1 may be renewed for each transaction or pre-filled automatically if a registered account is opened on the Internet.<\/li>
  3. Any transaction is subject to a withdrawal period of 5 working days, beyond this period any transaction will be considered confirmed and non-cancellable. An e-mail will be sent to the customer to confirm the status of the transaction: pending, processed or confirmed or refused. <\/li>
  4. Stratos S.\u00e0.r.l. or its officers reserve the right to communicate with the competent regulatory authorities if necessary. Any request for tokens may be investigated if there is any doubt as to the origin of funds or the legitimacy of the assets presented.<\/li>
  5. In the event that the offer proposed by Stratos S.\u00e0.r.l. is refused by the customer, Stratos S.\u00e0.r.l. reserves the right to retain a copy of the customer\u2019s ID and related data.<\/li>
  6. Any customer with a transaction over \u20ac1,000,000.00 will automatically be subject to a thorough investigation via World-Check. In this respect, Stratos S.\u00e0.r.l. reserves the right to communicate with the competent authorities if necessary.<\/li>
  7. Stratos S.\u00e0.r.l. reserves the right to refuse any goods or assets to be tokenized at its sole discretion and without having to provide any justification for its decision.<\/li>
  8. Stratos S.\u00e0.r.l. reserves the right to retain all information related to transactions for a minimum period of 10 years.<\/li>
  9. All settled transactions are subject to the aforementioned Conditions and to the law and regulations relating to digital assets, in particular Decree No. 2017-1674 of 8 December 2017 applicable since 1 July 2018 in France and Article L. 223-12 governing the issue and sale of mini warrants which may be registered in a shared electronic registration system allowing these transactions to be authenticated under optimal security conditions for subscribers.<\/li>
  10. The investor client certifies that he\/she has read, understands and accepts Stratos S.\u00e0.r.l.\u2019s Sales\/Purchase Conditions or is a seasoned professional investor. The delivery of tokens is subject to full payment in advance of the order. The transaction will be the subject of an immutable recording of the transaction on the Wezee Node Box based Blockchain. In addition, a physical medium representing the acquired token(s) and their characteristic(s) will be associated with the transfer of ownership of the unit(s) of value and addressed to the investor client or will be available at the premises of the distributor partner, financial intermediary or Specialised Fund. This scheme will be validated and signed by the client investor.
